Twice today I tried to make an appointment in the morning it took 42 minutes to try and get through even though I was number one in the queue so I gave up, this afternoon once again took me 38 minutes to get through. this is a shambolick service and needs to be addresed as soon as possible.

Suggested improvements
Get more staff or learn the ones you have how to answer the phones quicker instead off putting patients on hold by putting them on a loop and telling them they are number one in the queue when clearly they are not. It does not take over 42 minutes to try and make an appointment when you are number one in the queue.
