When we call in the morning, the queue is massive.

I used engagé consult today. The reply part didn’t work however the gp called me to arrange an appointment for the same day which was epic.

Perhaps sort out the reply to message on your system.

The difficulties of accessing a doctor is well known, these resources having reduced in accessibility since the start of Covid. Using the phone system is equally poor, I cannot envisige either off these routes into the surgery improving in the future.

Improve both points above. All the nursing staff are very helpful and friendly. This applies to Holly and her assistant in the pharmacy also. A major improvement to the windowless and depressing pharmacy should be initiated, as I suspect the less than cell like conditions may have a negative reaction on the staff who have to work within.

I was amazed and delighted to be offered an appointment with a nurse the next day. She was first class - involved me all the way through the procedure.She was highly motivated and pleasant. I was impressed.

Based on my last experience I cannot think what could have been better
