So now the "Engage Consult" system (which was pretty useless anyway) has been suspended for two weeks without reason or notice.
Given that it's virtually impossible to get through on the phone, this means the surgery is effectively unavailable.
I know some factories close for a fortnight for summer holidays, but a surgery?
Suggested improvements
I have a novel idea.
Why not start seeing your patients again, or is that too radical?
