The only reason the Surgery looks so clean is because there aren't any patients in the waiting area and when you ask why that is you get ignored, literally!!
Why don't you provide a full service to the people,as Boris Johnson has said and it's the only good thing he has ever said 'GPs,do your jobs and see your patients'!
