I have been at Harold Road surgery for many years and have always said that I have the best surgery in town. All of my friends have problems with their health care at other surgeries in the town.
I cannot fault any of the staff I have dealt with. I agree that it can be a little difficult getting through on the phone at certain times of the day, but I have been assured that this will improve in the near future.
I won’t mention names but my own doctor will know who I mean and the practice nurse I saw yesterday will also know how grateful I am for the wonderful treatment I have received.
I’d like to thank everyone at the surgery for all the help and excellent care I’m given.
Suggested improvements
As mentioned above, the appointment system over the phone needs some attention.
That is my concern.
