I sadly don't recognise this surgery any more..
The level of care for mental health patients is shocking and extremely damaging .
The hostility and lack of care shown is breath taking and needs looking NOW!!
Suggested improvements
Look into the treatment of mentally unwell patients and come up with a plan that will protect and help them.
I question the integrity of one mental health nurse at the practice,it is shocking that he seems to be allowed to treat patients with contempt and total disregard.
