The doctors are good, but getting hold of one is near on impossible. Was told they had unlimited phone lines- funny that as for the first 2 hours in the morning "the person you are calling is on another line, please hang up and try again later" by the time you actually get through "unfortunately all the slots for the day have gone, call back tomorrow". I used to sing the praises off Harold road surgery but since Dr Till retired its gone right down hill.

Suggested improvements
Get engage consult back up and working, have more administrators to answer phones, appreciate that not every patient is at home sitting around with all the time in the world to contact a doctor.
