I have been with the health centre for 7 years now but there services is not improving at all, if I need a appointment they all ways don't have any available appointments like in a month, last week I had a appointment with the Mrs Dorothy Morah I'm not happy at all the way she talked to me, she was in a hurry they had some issues with there Internet sistrem on the day she told me, which was nothing to do with me but she was rushing me so much, it's wasn't a professional behaviour from a nurse or a doctor.
The 2 receptionist that have dealt with me were fantastic they are always calm polite and patient they go out of their way to do what they can and i can see that customer care is at the forefront for them. I am very pleased with the service at Harford health centre i have been with them for many years and the 2 receptionist mary and shammi play and big part in this. Amazing
The service at this surgery is awful, very slow. Even if you have an appointment you still need to wait an hour more.Never get seen by the same doctor when you ask.You get told same thing that doctors are at holiday. The receptionist are very rude, arrogant & disrespectful. Not friendly what so ever. No manners when they speak especially elderly patients.I have never come across any surgery like this one specialy the behaviour of the reception staff working there.
why does it say open until 6.30 on google yet when i call at 5.15 it says you’re closed?
The surgery need more stuff in reception to deal with customers it's very slow, service is not that good!!!!
