I appreciate that I can usually get an appointment within a few days of ringing the surgery. There is an automatic, check in procedure and waiting time is limited. I have found the doctors generally helpful and respectful and careful to explain one's medical condition and discuss procedures and outcomes. Perhaps unrelated to the surgery itself, I have found results of tests slow in being provided and often only after numerous enquiries and chasing up. Similarly letters of referral to specialists are not very efficient either to the consultant or received back. Again I have often had to chase these up.
