Long waiting time on the phone, trying to get an appointment then usually a phone consultation later rather than face to face. Once one gets to see a nurse or doctor face to face I have no complaints and have found the nurses and doctors kind, knowledgeable and efficient.

Improve the booking in system and re introduce appointments by on line booking , at the very least for arranging routine blood tests etc with the nurse.
