Staff are rude and unhelpful. Call back system just to get an appointment is ridiculous. I had to describe my symptoms and conditions (of a very intimate nature) in front of my whole office at work as you have no idea when the doctor will call you back. If you are not happy to do this they will not give you an appointment. Receptionist staff are exceptionally rude and unhelpful. They really do need retraining. Nurses and doctors on the other hand are fantastic. Very caring and professional.
