The reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. The practice manager avoids contact with the patients when they have issues. All they want to do is get you away from their desk or off the phone as quickly as possible. For someone with extreme anxiety, I find it a complete nightmare trying to communicate with the reception staff and find it incredible distressing. The GP's are very good, and deserve to have practice staff who care about the patients as much as they do. I can't believe with the amount of negative comments they don't do anything about it.
