It's Friday afternoon, 4.50pm....have been trying to get through to the surgery for over 50 minutes, but the phone is permanently engaged. The surgery doesn't shut until 6pm, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work it out, right?
Mind you, on the plus side, the Doctor's are always great.
However, for the front of house 'customer facing' bit, I could not recommend this surgery much less.
