It's a bit of a lottery as to whether you get a doctor who listens and that's if you can get passed the Reception staff - few are helpful. The atmosphere here is not welcoming (is it really necessary to have signs saying "don't leave your magazines here - we're not a recycling centre" etc. I've finally had enough and I'm going elsewhere.
