Once you actually get an appointment to see a DR at this surgery, they are great BUT!! I called on Monday morning to make an appointment for my husband asking for a late appointment. I was told there was one on the Thursday at 8:10pm PERFECT, but I was told that I couldn't pre book it, I would have to call on Thursday morning from 08:30. I did double check with the receptionist saying it was important that he got in as he had recently had a skin cancer removed and was now worried about another lump. Again I was told I would have to book on the morning. So, this morning, I got through to reception at 08:32 and SURPRISE! The late appointment had gone. I was told it had been pre booked and I should have been told it could be pre booked! This is not the first time I have come up against this confusing system. If the staff don't know how it works, how can we have any hope of knowing how it works. So he still doesn't have an appointment.
