It's sometimes difficult to get through at busy times but once phones are answered I am dealt with efficiently by receptionists who are helpful and friendly.
I can book an appointment straight away if I am ill and want to see my doctor quickly or an appointment a few days ahead if not urgent and I get appointment reminders on my mobile phone.
I find ordering my prescriptions on-line very convenient and they go directly to the local chemist for me to collect.
My Doctor always treats me with respect and listens to what I have to say before offering treatment.
Overall I would recommend Grove House as a first class surgery.
