Very frustrating only having telephone consultations. Not always suitable and causing further delay to diagnosis. Also I suffer hearing loss and now cannot communicate well by telephone. On line is no easier . It takes ages to complete the forms. Also as I get older it will become become more difficult to use the computer ie dexterity, poor vision and probably confusion!

Suggested improvements
More face to face appointments. Make sure the intercom at the door is working correctly and make allowance for patients that maybe hard of hearing. Telephone appointments should be more accurately timed, not just am or pm. I have wasted hours waiting for a call.
