Bordering on a barely functional service

Suggested improvements
Everything. Tell the trainee doctor how to work a printer so I'm not sat there for approx. 30 minutes while he figures it out, and the waiting room is getting backed up. When you leave messages on answer machine (they provide that service) reply to them. Treat the patients so they don't have to pay to go private.
