The doctors are good, but it is impossible to get an appointment by telephone. I have often rang a few seconds before 8.30 am to get the answer phone, then at 8.30 am the line is engaged, I have rang every 2-3 minutes, but it is still engaged, when I finally get through I am told all appointments have gone. Try again tomorrow: but exactly the same thing will happen. I have to walk round. If I could not do this I wold die before I would get an appointment. In middle ton if a patient telephones there is a gentle system and they are told they are maybe 5 ch to the queue and or can hold until it is their turn.
