Took 30 minutes to get to speak to someone which isn't the real issue, the issue is that I was informed I did not get a call back because there was no number for me on file. WHAT? I had a call back from the surgery only a week a go and all of a sudden my number disappeared? This resulted in the 30 minutes wait before I could speak to someone and I called at 3pm not 9am in the morning. The person that answered the phone didn't know how I could have been contacted when there is no number held. Well I definitely had a call and I can show this on my call log.
