This surgery goes well above and beyond in everything they do from cleanliness to polite caring receptionists caring nurses and my regular GP equally caring. I feel listened to always 100% care received Since covid they’ve worked extremely hard in making the surgery patient staff Safty It’s mostly telephone consultation where appropriate if seen necessary then your called in Iv been into the surgery since covid mainly for blood tests and booster vaccine I felt very safe in the way they’ve set out the social distance.if I knew how I’d certainly put this surgery forward for an award with no doubt they achieve the winner .i really rate this surgery best in Leicester.this is based on my own experience but not just mine alone I hugely thank them for working tirelessly hard to ensure 100% patient satisfaction

Surgery works as team work this makes it run so smoothly all reception staff are so hard working and let’s be honest without the reception staff there wouldn’t be a surgery to open so huge thank you to each and everyone at this amazing surgery

I’d like to say a huge thank you to all at groby Road medical centre under such uncertain times due to covid19 this medical centre as gone well above and beyond constantly reassuring where needed there putting there own life’s at risk for the good of others like myself just how do you thank those that do this for us I don’t have the words you can still call easy to get through always answered by friendly reception staff all whom do there very best to accommodate a patients needs. And my gp dr Danaher he’s caring kind helpful compassionate and full of empathy He’s fully aware how my anxiety affects me and always there with reassurance that is helpful to me I have 100% trust in any diagnoses dr Danaher makes ‘for me trust can be difficult and takes a dedicated dr to help me gain that trust dr Danaher certainly has the ability to achieve this he’s more than overworked yet still gives the time I need to talk I can honestly I’d rate dr Danaher the top gp in Leicester no words worthy enough to thank him for everything he dose for me

Welcoming atmosphere friendly receptionists there very helpful and work extremely hard as dose my dr I always feel listened to and totally trust any diagnosis giving for me this can be difficult due to health anxieties my dr is very caring compassionate understanding and shows empathy I feel very lucky to have this surgery my dr goes well above and beyond a drs call of duty and dose the job out of dedication in caring for patients this clearly stands out in the kind gentle nature always shown to me on appointments

Excellent surgery receptionists work so hard keeping it running smoothly there all so friendly and helpful nurses so caring friendly it’s so clean and welcoming my go dr danaher is incredibly caring understanding always dose all he can in helping me patient care is his prime priority it’s so evident how he cares about his patients he goes well and above what I’d expect from a gp no words worthy enough to thank dr danaher and all staff at this surgery it’s all team work thank you alll so very much what would I do without this caring kind surgery
