I was seen at this practice initially as a referral from my own GPS. I was treated well with no issues as being from "outside" one poor communication by a receptionist resulted in me having to chase an appointment, but that said a great, caring Doctor (McGillian) previously commented upon.

Only improvement is that the receptionists always seem exceptionally busy so something to ease their workload or spread it wpuld be good otherwise sometimes you have to wait a while to speak to one directly.

I visited Dr McGilligan recently to have cortisone injections for very painful osteoarthritis. I have seen him three times now for this treatment and he always takes the time to put me at ease as he knows I am very nervous about having injections. I discussed with him again the option of having an operation as a long term solution to my pain as I now feel I am ready. He explained the procedure again and referred me straight away. Dr McGilligan strikes the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. He never makes you feel rushed.

Great diagnosis and treatment advice about how to manage my condition in the future. I always manage to get an appt when I need one, and the staffe are always very courteous and helpful.
