I had two face to face appointments within a week for separate health issues. It is much the best way to contact the surgery via their website and send a message. This is reviewed by the triage team who determine the most appropriate action thereafter. An easy process that works well and I was grateful that I was able to obtain appointments the following day.
Have tried to make several appointments over the last six weeks with my GP Doctor McGilligan and receptionist is never helpful. I have been told to phone next week if I am still unwell. I never get to see my doctor face to face. I had a blood test this morning and the nurse assured me that it only takes two days for results to come back. I then tried again to make an appointment with my doctor to be told once again to phone back in a weeks time to try to make a face to face appointment as Dr McGilligan had requested.
Receptionist was excellent in booking new appointment. Practice Nurse was first class; seen on time and carried out bloods very quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean and excellent Covid protocol on entering surgery.
I am so impressed with the receptionists at this surgery who always give their time and attention to any call I make. They are kind and incredibly helpful.
Requested an appointment and received a call back the same day. They were very accommodating about working around my work commitments.
