This surgery is fantastic. It’s very busy & sometimes you might need to wait if appointments are running late but it’s worth it. Receptionists are always helpful, polite & efficient. Nurse Practitioner is brilliant & I have seen her instead of a Dr on several occasions regarding myself & my children. Drs are kind, patient and knowledgeable.

Receptionist very helpful, I went in after work and was able to get an appointment for early the next morning, it was being in the right place at the right time but the receptionist was on the ball and put my name instead of the cancellation, I have always found all the people at Greystone very helpful.

I left the surgery quite positive to go to the pharmacy to get what the Dr had written down for me , only to find that it cost over £22 . On top of this I needed to buy painkillers as well. So l bought the painkillers and left the Neil med sinus rinse. Let's hope my sinus doesn't get any worse.
