All the staff are friendly and helpful. The practice is very well organised. There are lots of extra services available such as minor surgery and full range of nurse provided services. Additionally several local clinics (e.g.eye screening) are held on site. The only downside is the practice is very popular and with additional patients and constant challenge to recruit personnel it is now harder to book routine appointments, especially with doctor if choice. Emergency appointments ts are still available due to a great triage system. Use of telephone consultations is also very helpful. Online booking works well but slots go very quickly. Despite pressures, doctors here never make you feel rushed. I wish other surgeries could take a lead from Greystones managers. My elderly mother lives in Kent and her local surgery is a nightmare. Appointment system seems to favour the fitter!
