Having initially made a telephone appointment, (which was received three hours late), the Doctor made a further appointment for me to come in later in the afternoon. I thought this was excellent service. On arrival, the self check in station was not obvious or well signed, (I am new to this surgery), so I was waiting to see the receptionist when the Doctor intercepted me from the waiting line and took me through to the consulting room. Again, I thought this was excellent. I was pleased to be told that I could have a minor procedure there and then and I left ten minutes later having had my problem resolved.
