Fantastic help from Reception in helping me get an appointment at East Surrey Hospital. Also, the Ultrasound examination from Jacqui, the Technician was a really pleasant experience as it was both informative and calming. Had plenty of time to communicate facts clearly to me and was in way judgemental.
