I have been registered here for 8 years now and have always been very impressed with the staff at GHS and how the system works. The NHS is under immense pressure yet I have never had a problem here. The receptionists are always very helpful and polite, they have a tough job. I find getting an appointment for both long standing issues and acute issues never to be an issue. Sue the nurse practitioner is a massive credit to the team. Everyone goes above and beyond to help. I am very grateful to be a patient here. Keep up the great work!
