Share review of Greystone House Surgery

I had a diabetic blood test on Dec 22 and as I was in the surgery for an eye screening the person doing the screening suggested I ask at the desk for my result. The receptionist looked it up and said it was normal. No further action needed. However I went back to the Dr yesterday and she said that was not the case everything was normal except the blood sugar which was 48 so too high. So in order for other patients not to receive the wrong information maybe only Drs should give out the result.

The Dr could have phoned to say the blood test was abnormal.
