I had to make several emergency calls to the Nurse Practitioner Sue yesterday regarding my 4yo daughter as she was suffering terribly. Sue (as always) was extremely helpful and arranged a prescription for us to collect, and then later a urine test. Following on from that, the receptionists were very accommodating with getting us an emergency appointment with Dr. McGilligan and we were seen very quickly and he was extremely informative and helped to put my mind at rest about the issue and that we would be able to be seen again should my daughters condition deteriorate. He also put my daughter at ease in an uncomfortable situation for her, not an easy task. I have to say that if I or my children have ever needed to be seen (especially in an emergency) we've had exemplary care from the surgery and I sincerely wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I have also left several reviews on here previously after I've been impressed how we've been looked after. Thank you everyone.
