I had an ultrasound today at the surgery. I was extremely impressed with Mrs Jenkins competence, thoroughness and professionalism. It is so very refreshing to have found the high standards that the NHS had twenty years ago which is very rare nowadays Thank you Mrs Jenkins
Suggested improvements
The text sent concerning the time and date of the appointment explained to go to back of building and take a seat. This is not accurate as you actually need to CHECK IN on the screen. There was a man arriving about his eyes. The signage wasn’t clear that he just needed to take a seat and was having difficulty working out what to do
