Unfortunately the receptionist has to use an intercom which is not fit for purpose. Much too much interference on the line so extremely difficult to communicate with her. She must be exhausted at the end of her shift. In addition, whenever it rains there is a very large puddle on the road at entrance to surgery. The cars splash you as they go by so impossible to socially distance. Please can you put markers down in the front so people can queue safely and without fear of getting splashed . New to practice but am very impressed with doctors and staff who are extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable Many thanks for great care

Suggested improvements
Replace old intercom system which will allow two receptionists to operate it as this morning took ten minutes to get through queue Lay out markers for socially distancing outside
