Grossly inefficient and they don’t bother reviewing appointment requests properly. I tried requesting a face to face appointment using the website and explained the nature of my problem. I work full time and opt for phone appointments where I can but this was not one of those situations. The website asked about availability for appointments and I specifically said I couldn’t make the first couple of days but free after that. All aspects of this were ignored. First, I got a message saying they felt it could be dealt with via phone appointment. Then I get a message asking me to take a photo. I couldn’t take a photo as it was sub surface so I had to write in the photo text box to explain that. Finally they realise I need an in person appointment despite that being requested at the beginning and they go ahead and booked it for the day I was not available. Pointless and wasted everyone’s time with the needless back and forth. Also meant I had to rearrange annual leave which was wholly unnecessary.
