They have 3 or 4 receptionists that do nothing. Literally nothing, they don't answer the phone, they don't deal with econsults, they don't check you in when you get there you do that yourself. They just sit around talking all day and ignoring the phone. I've been sat in the waiting room watching them talk and phoned from my mobile and watched them ignore my call. They text every other week saying please do not make an appointment.
You get given a different doctor every time and apparently none of them take or read notes. I haven't had a Doctor there who seemed like he wanted to help me more than he wanted me out of the room.
Awful, awful practice and they have genuinely made my quality of life significantly worse.
