My experience with the staff at the reception is very bad. I don't know why they deal badly and don't do anything and don't want to do anything. I don't know if this is the treatment they did only with me or with all patients

It would be much better if they change their dealings and help people who need information because they are there to give information

They have 3 or 4 receptionists that do nothing. Literally nothing, they don't answer the phone, they don't deal with econsults, they don't check you in when you get there you do that yourself. They just sit around talking all day and ignoring the phone. I've been sat in the waiting room watching them talk and phoned from my mobile and watched them ignore my call. They text every other week saying please do not make an appointment. You get given a different doctor every time and apparently none of them take or read notes. I haven't had a Doctor there who seemed like he wanted to help me more than he wanted me out of the room. Awful, awful practice and they have genuinely made my quality of life significantly worse.

A definite improvement especially with staff they seem more friendly but I got to big big up dr Evans such a lovely gp caring great listener and always willing to try and help I cannot praise her enough she never fobs you off she's a fantastic doctor

Saw dr Evans yesterday for first time what a lovely dr she was kind patient and very helpful there’s even some improvement with the receptionist they seem willing to help and very courteous when you go to the surgery your not well so to get attitude and hostility from staff immediately puts your back up I don’t know if they been reading the reviews on here but they have definitely improved don’t know how long it will last we’ll see but it really goes along way with patients and receptionist relationships
