My 4-year-old needed to see a doctor about an ear infection, and on walking into the surgery we were given a cancellation appointment straight away. It was such a relief not to have to wait for a long time with a sick child, so I was very grateful.
The doctor who saw us had a lovely manner with my child, and explained everything carefully to me, even taking the time to show me pictures online of what inflamed eardrums look like. I left feeling that I had been given all the information I needed to take care of her, an appropriate prescription, and clear guidance on when/if she might need to be seen again.
Thank you very much to both the doctor and the receptionist.
