It’s important

Doctors are very good caring and helpful and Yvonne who does blood tests is wonderful However most of the reception Starr are rude discourteous and unhelpful Could they take a course in how to be NICE with people who are probably I’ll in pain or stressed Even a simple hallo or good morning would help rather than a surly bored disinterested attitude

Nearly impossible to book an appointment in the morning by phone lines open at 8 normally gets answered at 8.15-30 and appointments have all gone. Advised about booking online so will give that a try.

I have been with this surgery for nearly 20 years and only had a problem with one receptionist who has now left, the staff are over worked and under paid they deal with a lot of stress from the ever demanding public it is NOT their fault there isn't an appointment when you need it there is too many patients and not enough NHS staff to deal with the services that are required.

Very friendly surgery and staff are always helpful and thorough. It feels like the staff really care and that they want the best and most thoughtful outcomes for patients. I have always received good service and feel comfortable attending this surgery.

Greenfield Medical centre offers great service and help to all patients. I'm for one have been very well looked after by every doctor I was seen by. I found booking appointment online is much easier and more efficient way to see one of the doctors. All of their doctors are very good & extremely caring. In all the years I've been with them I saw only one doctor who wasn't really supposed to be a dr, not passionate about her work nor patients but luckily they got rid of her. Most of the receptionists are great help with a lovely smile on their faces. Also they are very polite too.
