During peak-times e.g 8am-10am and afternoon surgery, staff on front desk should not be taking calls, as when patients make appointments it leads to conversations about other issues and so keeps the member of staff on the phone longer and other callers and patient at front desk waiting longer, which is very frustrating.
Otherwise, the administration team as the most helpful and professional I have met.
The Doctors do not rush you and sometimes if there is a delay they always apologise.
