The Health Centre is shared between 3 GP practices. The Health Centre waiting room is looking very tired and dated. The chairs have fabric covers which are stained and dirty, they need to be replaced with hygienic wipe-able chairs. The toilets are also in need of refurbishment. The consulting rooms themselves are clean and pleasant. Phoning to get an appointment at 8am is a joke, trying repeatedly dialling only to get through 20 minutes later to be told there are no appointments left. I tend to book on line up to a month in advance, OK if you are booking for a medication review but not for an emergency. GPs themselves give excellent care.
