I am attempting to book an appointment with a doctor. Following a brief conversation yesterday, I was asked to call at 8 o'clock in the morning - even though I didn't need an urgent appointment. Today, I began 'phoning at 8 o'clock, and finally got through at 9.15 - when I was told that I was too late to make an appointment! I had dialled 43 times to try to get through - each time receiving a message saying that the line was busy. I then went online to try to make an appointment - but apparently I need a registration code from the surgery............... I am frustrated and exhausted - and I still don't have an appointment. PLEASE improve the appointments system.

Suggested improvements
Please improve the appointments system - I need to be able to make an appointment easily at any time during the day. I understand that urgent appointments may need to be made early on the day required - but surely I should be able to make a non-urgent appointment at any time of day?
