I have spent hours on hold and rarely get an appointment. The reception staff are dismissive and unhelpful. I have had to chase for referrals that should have been organised easily. I do not understand why this surgery is so unorganised.

Suggested improvements
You are on hold for up to an hour and a half each day to then be told no appointments left so call back tomorrow. There have been times when I have called five days in a row and spent hours of my week wasted. Just let people have a telephone consultation the following day instead of letting patients get sicker and sicker.
