Having moved back into the area, and my "old" surgery finding out, the only place taking patients was Glenlyn.
I've always been on time for my appointments, which is more than can be said for the surgery. I appreciate that things don't always go to plan but I have never been seen on time, and the shortest delay I've seen has been around 12 minutes.. with the longest at over 45.
I've had a doctor use WebMD in front of me to diagnose the problem, and simply send me for all the tests for the things that came up, none of which came back positive.
I've been told that I've already collected my prescription, and had to wander around talking to different people for 20 minutes, to establish that I hadn't collected it and it was in fact waiting for me.
Generally if I had any other choice of places to go, I'd choose that over this centre.
