This is a big practice but is still very person centred. They now have a comprehensive online enquiry service that I have used 3 times and they have either emailed me back within two hours or telephoned me. Its so impressive and way better than the old scramble to get through on the phone before appointments go within seconds system!
I had a telephone consultation today and the Dr was so friendly and had read my notes fully and knew all about me even though I've not seen her in person
