For the 3rd time in a week,, I started calling just before 8am to get an ‘on the day’ appointment. 8am is when the appointments are released. I got through at 8am to a recorded message saying all appointments have been booked. How can that possibly happen? It is almost impossible to get to see a doctor at this surgery. It’s worse now that the phone number has changed and calls go through to Molesey. I have no choice other than to change doctors. It’s unacceptable and very frustrating.
