I dont normally have a problem with your surgery but i did today. I had an appointment with a nurse today, arrived 5 minutes early, went in and logged on machine in reception and it said 0 waiting minutes, sat down in waiting room, after 20 minutes of waiting after my appointment time i went to the lady on reception and i asked if the nurse was running behind after waiting 20 minutes, the lady on reception looked puzzled and said i dont know what shes doing in there, as there wasnt a patient in front of me. She messaged the nurse then 5 minutes later knocked on her door to which is when the nurse came out and called me in. 5 or 10 minutes late wouldnt of been too bad but 25 minutes late is just not on.
