This is one of the worst doctors surgerys around . You can’t get a appointment and the receptionist was so rude . I don’t think you should have to explain your personal problem that can be very hard over the phone and upsetting , also to someone who was rude with know understanding . I was told they have no appointments I must call in the morning for next week . I had a test done over 2 months ago was told my results are fine ..nothing wrong to find out a week ago that I need to go to hospital as my test came back with a problem, how is this possible to get test results wrong . I can’t get over how down hill this surgery has gone over the past few years .. shocking ..

I have just spent 40mins listening to a recorded message from 4pm till 4.40pm. I haven’t needed an appointment since July 2018 and wanted to find out what I needed to do to book an appointment in advance - hopeless ........

For the 3rd time in a week,, I started calling just before 8am to get an ‘on the day’ appointment. 8am is when the appointments are released. I got through at 8am to a recorded message saying all appointments have been booked. How can that possibly happen? It is almost impossible to get to see a doctor at this surgery. It’s worse now that the phone number has changed and calls go through to Molesey. I have no choice other than to change doctors. It’s unacceptable and very frustrating.

Impossible to get an appointment. You never see the same doctor twice. Referred my son to an out of borough mental health agency and a safe haven 40 minutes away?!

My own personal experience of your surgery, of getting an appointment is absolutely ludicrous, it is nothing but a joke, am disgusted with the service you give out. And this complaint will probably fall on deaf ears anyway, this is probably a waste of my time really, I will be watching to see if this review will be posted.
