While it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment with a specified doctor, this time I got one within 12 hours (I suspect due to a cancellation but receptionist was great in remembering it and then checking its availability on the system). Doctor was great, understanding my concerns, very professional in her approach, and discussing/agreeing with me what next steps should reasonably be.
