Got an appointment on the day. Got the results of my test by the time of the appointment. Doctor physically checked my belly which was reassuring as the problem may not have been what I suspected. Doctor looked at me not just at the computer screen. He suggested a further test to check kidney function which I was pleased about. The receptionist explained clearly what I had to do next with another test.
The only slight worry is that I believe the doctor said ' take one pill 3 times a day' whereas the chemist said 'twice a day, 12 hours apart.' The leaflet in the pills confirmed the chemist's view.

Thank you for your feedback I will share it with the doctors and other staff. Its difficult to know whether miscommunication was the root cause of dosage however the dosage that is on the prescription is the dosage that the doctor recommended.
