The surgery doesn't seem to have the care of its patients at heart anymore. Prescriptions are late, can never get an appt. there's nobody to speak to about your care or the concerns you have.

Dear Patient, On reading your view I can only say that we are here to listen please do contact the practice manager. I don't understand regarding scripts as we dedicatedly enusre that scripts are issued with 48 hours of request. I am happy to investigate if your script has been delayed. I don't know how you have measured that the surgery doesn't have care for its patients as we do recieve a high number of compliments and positive comments as you will have seen on this website.
