The receptionists are always friendly. Regarding the administration of the flu vaccination on Saturday I did not find it correct that elderly people have to stand in a queue outside the surgery. Two doctors not enough staff to give the vaccinations to the larger population of Framlingham.

On my way to the surgery for a flu jab I tripped over and landed on my face on the ground. The surgery staff (receptionists, Shelly and Chris) were amazing. So helpful and caring.
What a wonderful GP Practice.
